START MY FERTILITY RESET
You may know more about ovulation, AMH, cervical mucus and prenatal vitamins than you ever imagined you would.
And yet you can still be left thinking:
What am I actually supposed to do now?
Because having more fertility information is not necessarily the same as having a fertility strategy.
And knowing all the things that might matter does not tell you which things matter most for you. When pregnancy is not happening as quickly as you expected, it is incredibly easy to start changing everything.
Before long, trying to conceive can become something you are managing every single day.
And beneath all of that can be one very difficult question:
Is there something I am missing?
That is the question The Fertility Reset is designed to help answer.
Not by giving you another checklist.
By looking properly at you.
There is already an enormous amount of fertility information available.
The problem is rarely access to information.
The problem is knowing how that information applies to your body, your history and your circumstances.
Google can explain what an AMH result means.
It cannot look at that result in the context of your age, cycle history, previous investigations, symptoms and wider reproductive picture.
A podcast can tell you which foods are associated with good preconception nutrition.
It cannot identify whether you are eating enough, whether your diet is nutritionally complete, whether unnecessary restriction has crept in or what needs to change in your diet.
A fertility supplement list can tell you what other women are taking.
It cannot decide whether you need the same thing.
And an app can estimate when you might ovulate.
It cannot interpret your whole cycle.
That is the difference between information and personalised support.
The Fertility Reset brings the pieces together.
Your programme does not begin with me handing you a generic fertility diet or telling you to take a cupboard full of supplements.
It begins with assessment.
Because recommendations are only useful when they are based on the right information.
Before your first consultation, you will complete an in-depth Fertility Reset Assessment covering areas such as:
Your fertility and reproductive history
How long you have been trying to conceive
Previous pregnancies or pregnancy loss where relevant
Your menstrual cycle and ovulation patterns
Symptoms throughout your cycle
Previous investigations and fertility testing
Blood results and information you have already been givenk
Current diagnoses or medical considerations
Nutrition and overall energy intake
Weight and body composition where relevant
Blood sugar and metabolic health considerations
Digestive and gut health
Sleep and recovery
Exercise and movement
Stress and nervous system load
Medication and supplements
Lifestyle factors
Your partner’s health and male fertility factors where relevant
Your current fertility treatment or investigation pathway
And the emotional impact trying to conceive is having on you.
I review this before we meet.
So your first consultation is not spent gathering basic information I could already have asked you for.
We can start joining the dots.
This is where we take a deep dive into your individual situation.
We look at what has happened so far.
What you already know.
What may need further investigation.
What appears reassuring.
What deserves more attention.
Where you may be putting a lot of energy into something that is unlikely to be your biggest priority.
And where improving your wider health could support your reproductive health too.
You leave this stage with something much more useful than another list of things to try:
clarity.
After reviewing everything, I establish your individual starting point.
Instead of trying to change ten things at once, we identify the areas that deserve your attention first.
You will have 3 to 5 clear initial priorities based on your assessment.
That might mean working first on nutrition.
Or cycle understanding.
Or sleep and recovery.
Or metabolic health.
Or investigations that need following up.
Or reducing unnecessary supplements.
Or improving consistency.
Or looking more closely at male fertility.
Your priorities will not automatically be the same as another woman’s.
Because your programme should be based on your fertility picture, not somebody else’s protocol.
The Fertility Reset is built around a structured framework designed to help us look beyond individual symptoms and build from the foundations upwards.
We look at the fundamental areas of health that support reproductive wellbeing.
And the things that may have been pushed aside while trying to conceive has taken centre stage.
The aim is not perfection. It is creating stronger foundations.
There is no magical fertility diet. There is, however, enormous value in making sure your body is properly nourished.
We look at your actual diet rather than giving you a generic meal plan.
And whether restriction or conflicting fertility advice has made eating unnecessarily complicated.
You will understand why we are making changes, not simply be told what to eat.
Hormones do not operate in isolation. We look at the wider context.
This is about understanding patterns and context rather than chasing individual hormones or trying to “balance” everything with supplements.
We also address the emotional and nervous system load that can come with prolonged trying to conceive.
Because spending every month moving between anticipation, symptom checking and disappointment takes its toll.
A regular period does not automatically tell us everything we want to know about your cycle. And an ovulation app should not be the only thing helping you understand it.
We look more closely at your individual cycle patterns.
The goal is for you to understand your cycle rather than feel controlled by it.
Fertility preparation should not require you to put the rest of your life on hold.
The final part of the RESET Method is about making your plan realistic enough to maintain.
We work on the actions that matter and build them into your actual life.
Because consistency usually matters far more than doing everything perfectly for two weeks.
You will have access to an extensive fertility education programme throughout the 12 weeks.
But you are not being left alone to work your way through a collection of modules and hope you choose the right things.
The learning supports the work we are doing together.
It helps you understand your body, your fertility and the reasoning behind your recommendations.
You learn.
We apply.
We review.
And we adjust.
That is what makes The Fertility Reset different from buying another online fertility course.

What's Included
Everything you need to understand your fertility picture, create a personalised plan, and have expert support as you put it into practice.
A comprehensive assessment completed before your first consultation so I can begin understanding your fertility picture before we meet.
I review your information in advance, looking for patterns, priorities, gaps and areas we need to explore more deeply.
An in-depth discussion of your fertility history, health, cycle, nutrition, lifestyle, investigations and individual circumstances.
A clear summary of where we are starting and the initial priorities I believe deserve our attention.
Where appropriate, we can discuss the results and information you already have, put them into wider context and identify questions you may want to take back to your GP, consultant or fertility clinic.
Your plan evolves from your assessment and our work together.
Not a downloadable protocol.
Not the same plan I give everybody else.
Your plan.
We look at your actual diet and make changes based on your needs, rather than handing you a restrictive fertility food list.
We review what you are currently taking and whether it makes sense for you. More supplements do not automatically mean better fertility preparation.
We work on understanding your individual cycle, ovulation and fertile window without allowing TTC to become a full-time tracking exercise.
Fertility is not solely a female responsibility. Where relevant, we consider your partner's lifestyle, nutrition and sperm health as part of the wider picture.
03 · Expert Support
You don't have to figure this out alone. You have direct support throughout your 12-week reset, with space to ask questions, work through obstacles and decide what comes next.
After your 90-minute initial consultation, you have a private 1:1 consultation with me every two weeks for the full 12 weeks. We review what is happening, discuss what you are noticing, answer questions, work through obstacles, interpret new information and decide what comes next.
Twice a week, join me live for fertility education and Q&A. Bring your questions as they come up, so you never have to wait two weeks for an answer.
Questions rarely arrive neatly five minutes before a coaching session. You have WhatsApp support between our calls, Monday to Friday, with replies within 24 hours, so you do not have to spend days worrying about something we can clarify much sooner.
Tools to help you navigate the mental load of TTC, particularly the waiting, uncertainty and repeated emotional peaks and crashes that can accompany each cycle.
Your education library gives you the deeper understanding behind what we are doing together. No surface-level “five foods for fertility” lessons. You will learn about the areas of health and fertility that genuinely matter and how they fit together.
The 1:1 element lasts 12 weeks. Your educational resources remain available to you afterwards.
Not:
“Take these supplements.”
“Cut out gluten.”
“Lose weight.”
“Just relax.”
“Have sex on day 14.”
“Your AMH is low so…”
Instead:
What is happening in your body?
What does the information we already have tell us?
What is missing?
What is actually relevant to you?
What can we influence?
What deserves attention first?
And what can we stop worrying about?
That is the work.
One of the most damaging messages surrounding fertility is the idea that women need to optimise absolutely everything.
Perfect diet.
Perfect weight.
Perfect sleep.
No alcohol.
No stress.
Perfect supplements.
Perfect cycle tracking.
Perfect timing.
Real life does not work that way.
And neither does The Fertility Reset.
We work on the areas where meaningful changes can be made.
We prioritise.
We make them achievable.
And we build from there.
It is to give you less to second-guess.
Instead of wondering whether you should be doing more, you know what you are working on.
Instead of constantly changing direction, you have a strategy.
Instead of interpreting every symptom alone, you have somebody to ask.
Instead of relying on anonymous forums to understand your results, you have support putting information into context.
Instead of feeling as though your body is one enormous fertility problem to solve, we begin looking at it as a whole again.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you start.
You are trying to conceive and feel unsure what to do next.
You have regular cycles but pregnancy still has not happened.
You have been told your results are “normal” but still feel as though you have unanswered questions.
You have received a result such as AMH, FSH or another fertility marker and don't really understand what it means in the context of you.
You are overwhelmed by fertility information.
You are taking multiple supplements but are not sure whether you actually need them.
You want to improve your health before conception.
You want to prepare properly before IVF, IUI or another fertility treatment.
You feel as though trying to conceive has started to consume your life.
You want accountability and somebody to help you stay focused.
You want your nutrition, cycle, lifestyle, investigations and wider health considered together.
You want personalised guidance rather than another generic fertility protocol.
Because I do not believe fertility should be looked at through one tiny window.
I want to know what is happening with your cycle.
But I also want to know whether you are sleeping.
Whether you are eating enough.
Whether your diet is supporting your health.
What your blood results actually showed.
What investigations have been carried out.
What symptoms you have been experiencing.
What your partner’s health looks like.
What your lifestyle looks like.
What has changed.
What has not been investigated.
What you have already tried.
And how all of this is affecting you.
My approach combines evidence-informed fertility education with a whole-person view of reproductive health.
I will not simply tell you to “be healthier”.
We work out what that actually means for you.
And then we turn it into a plan.
The Fertility Reset has been designed for the woman who wants somebody to take the time to really look.
To ask better questions.
To connect the dots.
To help her understand her body.
To help her focus on the things she can influence.
And to support her while she does it.
Because fertility preparation is not one supplement.
One hormone.
One superfood.
One perfectly timed day.
Or one blood result.
It is the bigger picture.
And that is exactly what we look at.
Everything you may want to know before beginning The Fertility Reset™.
No.
You may be actively trying to conceive, preparing to start trying, going through investigations or preparing for fertility treatment.
There is value in improving preconception health and understanding your fertility before you reach a point where you feel completely overwhelmed.
Potentially, yes.
Having regular periods is useful information, but it does not give us the entire fertility picture.
Your cycle is only one area we consider. We also look at nutrition, lifestyle, previous investigations, symptoms, metabolic health, your partner’s health and your wider preconception health.
Yes.
The programme can be used alongside fertility investigations and treatment.
It does not replace the medical care provided by your GP, consultant or fertility clinic. Instead, we work on the wider areas of health and preparation that sit around that care.
Many of the women who benefit most from this programme already do.
The Fertility Reset is not designed around how many facts I can teach you.
The value comes from taking what we know and applying it to your individual situation.
We will review the supplements you currently use and discuss what may or may not be appropriate based on your circumstances.
The aim is not to create the longest possible supplement list. It is to make your approach considered and purposeful.
Yes, where relevant.
Male fertility matters and should not be treated as an afterthought.
Your partner does not need to attend every coaching session, but lifestyle, nutrition and sperm health can be considered as part of the programme.
Bring the information you have.
One of the things we can do is look at the wider context of results and identify questions or areas you may want to explore further with the appropriate medical professional.
That is completely fine.
Your programme begins with understanding where you are now.
If something arises that would benefit from medical investigation, we can discuss appropriate next steps and questions to raise with your GP or fertility team.
No.
In fact, one of my aims is often to remove unnecessary restriction.
Good preconception nutrition should support your body, not leave you frightened of food.
We focus on nutritional adequacy, balance and what is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
The programme is designed to fit around real life.
You will have learning resources to work through, but your job is not to become a full-time fertility student.
We decide which actions deserve your attention and concentrate on those.
By the end of the programme, the aim is that you understand much more clearly what your body needs, why your plan looks the way it does and which habits you want to continue.
You retain lifetime access to the educational resources.
I want you to understand your fertility better.
I want you to know what you are working on and why.
I want you to feel confident asking questions about your care.
I want the way you eat, move, recover and support yourself to feel sustainable.
I want you to be able to distinguish between something that genuinely deserves your attention and another piece of fertility noise.
And I want you to know that you have looked properly at the factors you can influence.
Because when you are trying to conceive, you do not need another person telling you to “just relax”.
